Welcome! I’m Dr. Yvette Diaz, a licensed optometrist proudly serving the Santee community. My goal is to make your eye care experience
comfortable, personalized, and effective—whether you're visiting for a routine eye exam or need specialized treatment.
I earned my Doctor of Optometry degree from the Marshall B. Ketchum University – Southern California College of Optometry, where I received extensive training in both primary and advanced eye care. I’m also certified in the use of Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents (TPA), which allows me to diagnose and manage a variety of ocular conditions such as dry eye, infections, allergies, and glaucoma.
I provide full-scope optometric care with a focus on:

Pediatric Eye Care – I love working with kids! I create a fun and welcoming environment, so they feel safe while getting the care they need.

Myopia Control – If your child is becoming more nearsighted each year, I offer treatments to help slow the progression and protect their long-term vision.

Glaucoma Management – I monitor and co-manage glaucoma to help preserve your eyesight with proactive, ongoing care.

Scleral Lenses – For patients with corneal irregularities, dry eyes, or keratoconus, I provide advanced contact lens options for clear, comfortable vision.

Special Populations – I’m experienced in adapting exams for patients with developmental or physical challenges to ensure everyone receives quality care.

Clinical Spanish – Habla Español. I’m proud to provide care in Spanish to make sure every patient feels fully understood and supported.
In addition to my work in private practice, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with Vision To Learn, a nonprofit that delivers free eye exams and glasses to underserved children. Through this outreach, I’ve helped students see the board clearly, succeed in the classroom, and build confidence—all through something as simple as a pair of glasses.

Dr. Robert Grazian, O.D., brings over 40 years of experience in optometry to Santee Vision Care Center. He established Santee Vision Care
Center in 1984. He has been proud to serve the eyecare needs of our community. Because he believes that each patient is an important individual person that deserves the highest quality eyecare, Dr. Grazian has dedicated himself and his optometry practice to providing the very best in total vision care to all of his patients.
As the founder, he has proudly served generations of families with dedication, integrity, and a genuine commitment to eye health. A U.S. military veteran, Dr. Grazian carries the values of service and discipline into every patient interaction. Now working alongside Dr. Yvette Diaz, Dr. Grazian is helping ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition for the practice. His continued presence reflects his deep care for the Santee community and his desire to support patients through lasting, high-quality vision care.
